2025-2026 Season Announcement

Fox Country Players is excited to announce our 2025-2026 Season!

Our first show will be Ordinary Days, a contemporary four-person musical from composer Adam Gwon. Ordinary Days tells the story of four New Yorkers whose lives intersect as they search for fulfillment, happiness, love, and cabs. Through a score of vibrant and memorable songs, and with equal doses of humor and poignancy, Ordinary Days celebrates how our individual stories combine in unexpected ways. Auditions will be August 24 & 25, and performances will be November 7 & 8 and 15 & 16 at The Bit Theater. Production staff includes Meg McGarry (Director) and Doug Orlyk (Music Director).

The second show of our season will be another installment of our popular Night of Broadway cabarets. This year’s theme is Backwards Broadway, so you’ll hear our talented singers reinterpret songs originally written for different genders, different ages, or different musical styles. They’ll be all “wrong” for the parts, but you’ll be saying, “all right!” Auditions will be November 19 & 22, though rehearsals won’t really begin until after the holidays. Performances will be February 7 & 8 at The Bit Theater. Production staff includes Jax Downs-Martinez (Director/Music Director) and Eliseo Martinez (Assistant Director).

Our third show will be the premiere of an original play written by FCP Board Member Patrick Stinson! Stool Samples is a based-on-real-life show about growing up in the family business — the local watering hole. It uses humor and heart to portray some of the colorful characters Patrick encountered while growing up and helping out in the bar his family owned and operated. Auditions will be February 9 & 11, and performances will be April 11& 12 and 18 & 19 at The Bit Theater. Production staff includes the playwright, Patrick Stinson (Director).
